After your order is processed, we use Standard Shipping for all domestic orders and once you receive shipping notification, your order will typically arrive within 2-3 business days depending on your zip code. *

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING – (Used for promotions only)
We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders between $50 – $999.99. Orders over $1,000 are considered bulk and require special packing & shipping arrangements and are excluded from this Free Shipping offer.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently we only offer international shipping to Canada. Please email us for shipping to other countries.
WRONG MAILING ADDRESS/RETURNED TO SENDER
We ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for an incorrect address entered at Checkout. When you receive the Shipping Confirmation, Please double check the shipping address for accuracy. Once we ship, we are unable to change the address.
Shipping carriers unfortunately DO NOT reimburse the cost for the original shipment, even if it’s returned to sender. A second shipping fee will be required to ship a second time.
If your order is “Returned To Sender”, you may pay the cost to re-ship to the new address you provide by Emailing us directly. Your order will re-ship within 2 business days (excl. holidays and weekends) after your original order is received back at our Brooklyn warehouse.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped.
Used products cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products that were damaged during shipment. Please submit a photo of the damage within 3 days of delivery confirmation (as determined by the shipping carrier).
